Description: A normal user logs into terminal services and can lunch all programs.
But there is a specific user that when logged in, cannot lunch a program from a network drive even though he has all rights to run, write, read and delete files from that shared drive.

OK I found the solution to this problem…
Solution:
While on terminal services, login as an administrator and remove the internet explorer enhanced security from the windows components.
This fixes the issue of the user having a nag screen of “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file” while running an application from a shared drive.
