A Guard Room Interior With A Soldier Blowing Smoke In The Face Of His Sleeping Companion A Third Looking On
Clue: http://twitpic.com/8cbkf
Solution: The first thing you will notice that it links back to the sixth clue which was the “Use a crowbar to open the tun”.
Here we can see the crowbar in front of the tun (barrel).
Also notice that the crowbar has been added by modifying the picture, the original painting did not have the crowbar painted on it.

Another addition to the photo is the insignia on the right arm of the sleeping man as pointed out by Paul. It could also be interpreted as a ‘v’ used in one of the earlier clues.

Also note the added symbol on the shoulder of the sleeping man

well spotted, its a v like in one of the last clues, maybe its not a v but rather a character that would point downwards

Looks like the Canadian insignia for the rank of private.

I know Im on a Chuck Norris kick (pun intended) but he also was in a documentary called Private Lesson in 1997 (V). V for video?

Well, for the army badge, a lot of British Colony are using similar insignia

And, this insignia is not only on the sleeping man, it’s on everyone of them

Nicely pointed out
Could be a Dad’s Army link

It indicates Private Pike in Dad’s Army, played by Arthur Ian Lavender. Pike being the predatory fish.

Wow it all links up!!
Because the poem you referred to earlier also refers to Dad’s Army I am advised.
Because what she is serving in the poem is LAVENDER water (same name as the actor Arthur Ian Lavender)
And in the clue it says something like “to Arthur. Or Ian?”
PS Admin, can you please explain who you are saying “nicely pointed out” to in comment 8 above? I’m asking so I can read the original comment you are referring to here.
