    Or..”A” Virtue ?
Not many can fit that Bill.. Perhaps “Hope” or “Truth” If you want to “Gander” at that.

puppydog4l1f3 on Whirlpool claims to have cracked the first word on the Hidden Page. Now i know how easy it is to Doctor images, and i hope this is not the Case and he has in fact succeeded. If he has, then good on him. But this leaves me with no verification. Has anybody else been able to do the same? I was under the impression that there would be only one password to enter and not a series.
    Can anybody confirm?

@Up the Creek – yeeeees, haven’t had much success so far with the anagram solving.

The “Oh” at the start made me think it was an anagram. It’s the sort of word cluesetters put in to use up the odd couple of letters. Haven’t given up on that idea yet, but I can see possibilities with your suggestion….a Virtue of our post….V-Post? V-Mail? Clue 23?

OK, here’s a thought that frightens me…what happens if you enter the correct code and then mistype the Captcha words without noticing your mistake?

I mistyped the Captcha words deliberately yesterday and got…”Wrong code….”. What if it had been the right code? Anyone know?

    • admin says:

When you put in the incorrect captcha you will get:
      Recaptcha failed.
Thats even if you put the correct password on the form

When you enter the wrong password but the correct captcha you will get:
      Wrong code, try again.

  5. Wombat says:

@admin You’re right. I think they’ve changed that then. I certainly didn’t get a “Recaptcha failed” message when I mistyped it the other day.

New Clue: Let us call them Tom, Dick and Harry, but not necessarily in that order.

First thoughts: Tom, Dick and Harry often mean to “the general public”. They were also the names of the 3 tunnels dug by the prisoners-of-war in Colditz in the film The Colditz Story (and in real life!).

“Not necessarily in that order” reminds me of the Morecambe and Wise sketch with Andre Previn. Eric grabs Andre by the lapels and says, “I am playing all the RIGHT notes. But not necessarily in the right order!” But I digress. Lol.

  7. Wombat says:

Correction: Tom, Dick and Harry were the tunnels dug in the film The Great Escape, not The Colditz Story.

Alternative thread: In the G.I. Joe universe, the real names of the original three Dreadnoks (Torch, Buzzer and Ripper) are Tom Wynken, Dick Blynken and Harry Nod.

The Dreadnoks are a fictional biker gang who act as villains in the G.I. Joe saga, which have been represented in several types of media, including toylines (produced by Hasbro), comic books series (published by Marvel, Devil’s Due Publishing, and IDW), and television cartoons (produced by Sunbow and DIC).

G.I. Joe and Marvel Comics links.

Also, what is the “them” in the clue? The 3 remaining unsolved passwords?
