For definate from experience FastHosts UK is not the place where you wanna have any dedicated servers or even host your small or big websites.
They lack of technical knowledge and speed in resolving issues.
They seem to use their VOIP communication internally instead of hosting it separately!!!!
How many times do I have to speak with Management and advice them the same thing over and over to resolve issues, after all I do a lot of Server and Hosting Support (even for customers who dont host through Smoothosting).
Fasthosts staff dont seem to learn from what technical clients advice, it has always been said that a company should always listen to their customers.
More than likely due to this huge down time they will loose a lot of high end customers, I know they have now lost 4 customers who paid over £1000 per month.
