G-Buzz looks interesting, but its a shame that its only closed to google mail members.
They are not really reinventing the wheel here, but rather they are improving what Facebook already has, I like the way they separate the “spam” based posts by your friends to the interesting things you might want to know.
I am kind of dissapointed that they did not use the Google OS, instead they were using MAC OSX.
Part of this product is implemented on Google Mail, Mobile Buzz (for most platforms) and Google Map (new version released today).
Interesting thing was the local buzz, you can see what other people have buzzed about in the area where you are.
To be totally honest, I dont think that this will make it big, more than likely facebook and twitter will copy cat this service and will boost them more.
They also mentioned about an enterprise version of this technology, so kind of like linkdn in a way?
