According to AddAdvice, a reliable source has tipped them that Apple will start pre-selling the iPad on the said day. But if ever this is true, pre-selling will apply only to the Wi-Fi version of the iPad. And if Apple holds true to their promise, if you pre-order on Feb 25, you should be getting your iPAd 30 days after.
