Seems like the website wirelesslogic.co.uk (one of the companies that Peter Jones from the Dragon’s Den TV Programme) is currently down.
Whether it was hacked or DDOS we are not sure, but I think its a bit embarassing for a company with such power (leading network technology in the UK) to not have solutions for failover/recovery and security.
Peter if you are reading this, please make sure your guys fix it asap.
Its interesting to know that the following websites are currently hosted side by side with wirelesslogic.co.uk [which of course means that they are all currently down]:
-This was first noticed by SmootHosting Ltd.
Update: Websites are now up and running

SmoothHosting, clearly this lack of service was caused by a sudden influx of traffic following the company’s mention on Dragons den this evening (a programme viewed by millions of people), not by any of the activities you mention above.

Dear John,
A sudden raise of high traffic is considered as a DDOS, and more than likely if it was just a high number of people visiting the website the server would have been able to handle it.
Either way, not very well managed.
From what I gather, the server or IP allocated is UK based. It is completely dead now though, even the failover too.

In addition to my above reply.
They should have really implemented a DNS scan feature that would try and reach the website every x minutes and if it gets no reply then the DNS would change over the pointer for www and root to a secondary IP address / hosting account.
But since they let namesco manage their DNS this cant happen, unless they do it manually, but more than likely the Peter’s IT Tech is asleep.
